Who is Mrs. Magallano?
Mrs. Magallano is married with one son. She has two cats named Rediwhip and Crush. She has been teaching with Napa Valley Unified for 14 years. Prior to teaching, Mrs. Magallano was a travel agent, candle saleswoman, a cashier, and a lifeguard.
Mrs. Magallano enjoys learning new things and is constantly on the lookout for new information or ways to incorporate technology into the classroom. During her free time, Mrs. Magallano spends a lot of time with friends and family. She enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, reading, social media, letterboxing, all things related to Frozen, and watching her Denver Broncos during football season (#GoBroncos is kind of her battle cry). And recently she has been reading the Percy Jackson book series by Rick Riordan.

Mrs. Magallano went to elementary school at Monticello Elementary at Lake Berryessa before it closed in the early 1990's. She then attended St. Helena Elementary School, R.L.S. Middle School, and graduated from St. Helena High in 1997. Mrs. Magallano graduated with an A.A. degree from Napa Valley College (while working part time) then transferred in 2001 to Sonoma State University where she received her B.A. degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in general literature (while working full time). She continued her education at night with Chapman University (while working full time during the day) to receive her Teaching Credential in 2005.
